Our main conference gives you access to our main conference sessions, keynotes, and evening networking opportunities.

The All-Access pass includes the main conference as described above, plus a pre-conference workshop.

All-Access + On-Demand includes the All-Access pass as well as main stage recordings from MAICON 2025. The recordings are available approximately two weeks after MAICON.

The below meals will be provided:

Our opening night meetup is Oct. 14.

We will also have a networking happy hour on Oct. 15 at the venue (Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland).

Registered conference attendees are invited to join us for both events.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions.

Your health and safety are a priority for us. We have COVID-19 protocol in place and on our radar, and will continually monitor between now and MAICON 2025. Our requirements may change based on official government and local authority guidance and venue regulations. Updates will be posted here and distributed to our registrants and community. 

Yes, we will offer WiFi. The password will be provided onsite.

Yes. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is attached.

No, but there are parking garages and surface lots nearby. 

The Huntington Park Garage is connected to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and the Convention Center. The garage has 1,200 attached parking spots.

There are also more than 5,000 walkable parking spaces surrounding the Convention Center provided by city surface lots and garages.

Use the Convention Center’s 3-D map to find all suitable parking options.

There is no designated location but Uber/Lyft are active in the Cleveland area. If you are using a rideshare service or taxicab, please direct them to 300 Lakeside Ave. East as your final destination so you enter through the correct doors.

You do not need to pre-register for main conference sessions. If you are attending a workshop, you need to select your workshop at the time of registration.

Credit card, check, and wire transfers are accepted.

Paying by check? Mail checks to Marketing Artificial Intelligence Institute at 812 Huron Road, Suite 780, Cleveland Ohio, 44115. Checks should be made out to the "Marketing Artificial Intelligence Institute."

Yes. In the attached Word document, we help you make the case for attending MAICON. All you need to do is personalize the template, and send to your boss or management team. 

Visa invitations may be requested during the registration process. Invitation letters will be sent via email within 10 days of receiving payment in full. Visa letters will not be issued unless payment has been completed.

See below for our MAICON 2025 cancellation and refund policy:

Through July 31, 2025, 50% refund for registration cancellation or 100% transfer to an existing Marketing AI Institute program. Program must be selected and be open for registration at the time of cancellation.

Between August 1 and October 13, 2025, no refunds will be provided, but you may send a substitute in your place, or move your fee to another Marketing AI Institute program. Program must be selected and open for registration at time of cancellation.

Note: Cancellation fees are not eligible for programs not currently available for purchase. MAICON ticket rollovers are strictly prohibited.

Yes. 

No. For the safety of our attendees, each registrant must stop by the registration counter to collect their own conference credentials. 

Yes. We do have a limited number of discounted passes for qualified employees of nonprofits or educational institutions. To obtain the discount, nonprofits will need to provide a valid 501c3. Educational institutions will be required to send us an email from their .edu email address. Only one discounted pass will be extended per organization/institution. Please contact us (registration[at]marketingaiinstitute.com) for details.

Yes. Groups of four or more receive 10% off current pricing. Please register all participants at one time so the discount can be applied automatically. For groups of 10+, please reach out to Cathy McPhillips for a custom package.

MAICON All Access + On Demand attendees will have access to select session recordings post-event within AI Academy for Marketers for a 12-month period. 

Other MAICON attendees will not have access to on-demand content, but are able to upgrade to MAICON All Access + On Demand at any time.

Yes. Instructions on how to download session presentations will be emailed post-conference to all attendees.

Live captioning is not available directly within AI Academy for Marketers, but it can be accessed easily via Chrome's live caption feature for any attendees that need this option. To turn on live captioning, follow these steps within Chrome's browser settings.

Presentations are for the benefit of in-person conference attendees and video-on-demand pass holders. Conference sessions may not be audio or video recorded. Sharing photos from the conference is encouraged, but please do not disturb the production of a conference session.

By registering to attend the conference, you acknowledge and accept that you may appear in photos or videos published by show organizers, sponsors, speakers, or other attendees.

We do not share attendee lists; however, within the event app you can network with fellow attendees at the conference.
